1. The service
AiCert provides digital content such as daily certification lessons, review, and mock exams on the official website www.aicert-edu.com and in the official apps. The content is a study aid and does not guarantee that you pass the exam.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. Sharing accounts or abusing the free trial is prohibited.
3. Payment and refunds
- In-app purchases: governed by the Apple App Store / Google Play terms and refund policies.
- Website ECPay payments: the matching course pack is unlocked on success; refunds follow ECPay and our published process.
- A given account only needs to unlock a given certification pack once (either IAP or ECPay).
4. License
A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, limited to you in the official apps. Reproducing or distributing course pack content for commercial purposes is prohibited.
5. Prohibited conduct
We may suspend or terminate accounts for reverse engineering, malicious attacks, interference with the service, or fraudulent payments.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”; for damages caused by force majeure or third-party payment / store outages, liability is limited to the legal minimum.
