Option 1: delete in the app

1. Open AiCert：AI-901 or AiCert：AIF-C01
2. Go to “Account”
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm

Once confirmed the account is deleted, not temporarily disabled or frozen.

Option 2: request by email (when the app is unavailable)

Email admin@jxdtw.com with the subject “Account deletion request”, including your registered email and the app name. We complete the deletion and confirm within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Account email, password hash, user ID
• Sign-in tokens and server-side sessions
• Cloud entitlement records and the trial identifier

What is retained and for how long

• Payment and audit records: retained in de-identified form for 5 years under tax and accounting law, used only for compliance and fraud prevention.
• Transaction records held by the App Store / Google Play / ECPay are retained under their own policies and are outside what we can delete.

After deletion

• You can no longer sign in with that account or restore cloud entitlements
• Learning progress stored on the device is removed when you uninstall the app
