AI-103 FAQ
What is AI-103?
AI-103 is Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate. It is an intermediate developer exam on Python, Microsoft Foundry, generative apps and agents.
What is the pass mark?
This product uses the 700/1000 pass mark as the exam reference. This page does not claim an author sitting score.
How is the free weakness analysis scored?
Not one point per correct question. Each option maps to a Day. Correct: those Days +1. Incorrect: those Days −1. Results rank Days from lowest to highest.
Is the 20-question set the same as the analysis?
No. The 20-question page is fixed practice by skill area. The 14-question analysis produces the Day ranking and readiness %.
What does the exam cover?
Official weights from 16 April 2026: plan and manage 25–30%; generative AI and agents 30–35%; computer vision, text analysis and information extraction 10–15% each.
How is AI-103 different from AI-901?
AI-901 is Azure AI Fundamentals. AI-103 is a developer associate exam: implement Foundry apps, agents, RAG, vision, language and extraction.
If my exam is in 3–7 days, is this still useful?
Yes. The analysis ranks Day lessons so you spend remaining days on the lowest-scoring topics instead of rereading the whole outline.
Do the questions follow the current study guide?
Yes. Scope follows the Microsoft AI-103 study guide effective 16 April 2026. Items are independent study questions, not official or live Microsoft exam items. This page does not claim an author exam score.
